Nigeria: 'Why Irregularities Pervaded National Assembly Polls'

Executive Director, CLEEN Foundation, Mr. Innocent Chukwuma, has said the major reasons why there were irregularities in some parts of the country during the just concluded National Assembly elections was because there were no security men to escort voters' cards to the collation centres.
