Uganda: House Approves Ssekandi, Mbabazi Appointments

Parliament yesterday vetted and approved former Speaker Edward Ssekandi as new Vice President and former Security Minister Amama Mbabazi as Prime Minister in a stormy debate that ended with the approval of eight new ministries.
